Collier County Charter Business Hurricane Relief

NOTE: This is NOT for general hurricane relief. This application is for Charter Business Owners in Collier County ONLY.

Eligibility:

• You must be the registered boat owner
• Your business must be located in Collier County
• You must be able to provide your Tax/EIN Number
• Your business must be registered on Sunbiz

Instructions:

• Go to our website: colliercf.org
• Under the Nonprofits menu, click on the Grant Portal
• In the gray box to the right, click on the PURPLE link: Collier County Charter Business Hurricane Relief Application, Click HERE
• Follow the instructions for New Users
• New Users: Please click on “Create New Account” to complete the registration process and create your logon credentials.
• Once you have set up your account, click the Apply button at the top of the page.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the information shown above (purple text), then click on the blue Continue Eligibility Quiz
• Answer the two questions and click the blue Submit Eligibility button
• Click the blue Continue button to return to the application page
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue Apply button to access the application

The application is open through the end of day on January 16^th

• Your application will save as you go
• Be sure to click the blue Submit Application button when the application is complete
